Sir Francis de Zoysa, KC was a Ceylonese lawyer and statesmen. He was an Advocate and one of the first state counsels and was the President of the Ceylon National Congress.
Married to Ethel Perera Amarasekera Siriwardena, he had six sons including Stanly de Zoysa was a former Cabinet Minister of Finance and a Member of Parliament; DIG Sydney de Zoysa and the lawyer A. C. "Bunty" de Zoysa.[1]
